Rewiree ("us", "we", or "our") offers a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or using our services.
Refund Eligibility
- Non-Initiated Consultations: If you have made a payment for a consultation but the consultation has not yet been initiated by our team, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation Before Initiation: If you wish to cancel your consultation before it has been initiated by our team, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent the initiation or completion of a consultation, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at info@rewiree.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Payment ID
- Username
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and process the refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds Not Available Under the Following Circumstances:
- Completed or In-Process Consultations: If the consultation has been completed or is in process, we cannot initiate a refund.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Abuse or Fraud: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraud.
Jurisdiction
All refund disputes will be subject to the laws of Raipur Jurisdiction only.
